Fish Feeding and Feed Technologies Workshop to Be Held in Çanakkale

Fish feeding and feed technologies, which constitute a significant cost factor in aquaculture production, play a critical role in ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of the fisheries sector. In this context, the 7th National Fish Feeding and Feed Technology Workshop will be held on November 27–28, 2025, at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Dardanos Campus.

The workshop aims to bring together representatives from academia, industry, and the public sector to enhance information exchange and cooperation. Organized to improve the quality and productivity of aquaculture production in Türkiye, the event will cover key topics such as fish feeding strategies, recent developments in nutrition, feed ingredients, and the latest advancements in feed technologies.

Serving as a platform where scientific research, technological innovations, and industry practices meet, the workshop seeks to contribute to Türkiye’s aquaculture production and policy development. Core issues such as environmental impacts, economic efficiency, stock health, and water quality will be discussed from a multidimensional perspective.
